Job summary

Game Nerdz is seeking a Customer Success Representative to assist customers via email, chat, and phone while handling in-store pickups and order questions. The role emphasizes friendly, professional communication and accurate information on pricing and inventory.

The position also involves processing returns according to policies and maintaining a welcoming office/warehouse environment. A bilingual candidate is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Google Suite, various browsers, and work within several applications simultaneously.
• Type at least 45 WPM
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, business writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as follow processes and direction.
• Ability to perform detailed work at an efficient pace
• General math skills
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries containing order questions, inventory availability, and product information via email, chat, and phone in a prompt, polite and consistently professional manner.

• Maintain a neat, orderly, and professional personal appearance as well as that of the office working space, reception area, and other designated areas of the facility.

• Greet walk-in customers, pull orders, and manage the in-person pick-up process.

• Utilize the computer operating system to provide pricing and inventory availability information to customers.

• Process product returns (RMA’s) in accordance with company and vendor policies.

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards co-workers, vendors and customers at all times.

Physical Demands & Work Experience

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee moves different package sizes and weights and is regularly required to walk, stand, sit and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, office and warehouse equipment, and RF devices to talk and hear.

• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. The employee is required to lift up to 50 pounds and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.

• This position will primarily be an office and warehouse environment and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold or elevated ambient temperature, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate and the environment fast paced.

• This position may require evening, weekend or other shift work depending on business needs.

In addition to the duties listed above, all applicants should note that due to the nature of the business, there may be other tasks required of employees in order to ensure smooth operations.

Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
