  • Manage change orders and maintain cross-department communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships as the trusted contact.
  • Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactive order management.
  • Handle return authorizations, concessions, milestone billing, and invoice follow-up.
  • Communicate shipment schedules and resolve potential delays.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
