Job summary

Remodel Health in Indianapolis is seeking a highly driven Customer Success professional to join our growing team. In-office four days per week with remote Fridays, you will manage large client relationships and ensure successful delivery of healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service with large accounts, a Bachelor’s degree, and a passion for service and problem solving. Health insurance industry experience is preferred and a full benefits package is provided.

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience with larger accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and supervise organizations and their respective employees with execution of healthcare solutions.
  • Assist with annual renewal applications during the open enrollment period.
  • Support annual renewal production goals.
  • Assist and support colleagues with new and existing client needs.
  • Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contributes to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new/renewal accounts alongside other departments.
  • Perform special projects at management's request.
  • All other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Customer Success team!This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. The ideal candidate would enjoy serving others and problem solving on a daily basis.
