About The Role

The Senior Program Manager leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Customer Success organization. This role ensures collaboration, execution, and communication across teams, working closely with executives, strategy leaders, technology partners, and stakeholders to align programs with business and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic development of large-scale, cross-organizational programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Build relationships and align stakeholders across diverse groups.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Engineers, and Success Managers to design delivery models.
  • Partner with experience teams to influence technology and process improvements.
  • Adapt communication for various audiences, from executives to operational teams.
  • Develop program plans and lead launch activities for products, offers, and experiences.
  • Coordinate with Business Technology and shared services to prioritize and resource programs using agile methods.
  • Lead team meetings to foster collaboration and secure executive support.
  • Bridge strategy, technology, content, and support functions effectively.
  • Implement PMO best practices, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Requirements
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and integrations.
  • Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
  • Ability to build credibility with executives and technical teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and self-motivated.
  • Alignment with Salesforce’s core values.
  • Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
