Job summary

Verizon is hiring a Customer Success Program Consultant to support renewals and growth initiatives within Verizon Connect. You will report to the Senior Director of Account Services and help minimize churn while driving revenue through successful program delivery.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with the GES team, analyzing churn data, preparing leadership reports, and ensuring on-time program execution. Strong data tools proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Understanding of customer success principles and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Gong, Gainsight, Salesforce, Staircase, Looker, AWS QuickSight and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and execution of churn mitigation and renewal-focused programs.
• Track and report on KPIs and renewal targets.
• Collect, organize, and analyze churn and renewal data; prepare progress reports.
• Identify roadblocks and assist in resolution with leadership.
• Participate in culture-building events and lead projects to boost employee engagement.
