Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer point of contact and maintain customer requirements.
• Extract and collect purchase order/contract from customer portal.
• Monitor production and schedule shipments according to customer demands.
• Prepare export documentation ensuring compliance with US export laws.
• Revise production schedules as needed and collaborate with management.
