Coesia North America is seeking a CS Portfolio Manager to act as a strategic liaison between R.A. Jones and its customers. You will develop relationships, guide client needs, and expand the post‑sales portfolio based on opportunities and insights.

You will collaborate across departments, analyze markets and products, and drive profitability while maintaining careful, data‑driven decision making. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in client/portfolio or project management within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and analyses for key customers and regions.
• Expand the after-sales portfolio based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships between the company and external clients.
• Collaborate with client organizations to execute plans for mutual success.
• Identify tools and processes to improve sales team effectiveness.
• Present and communicate aftermarket products and offerings with confidence.
