Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service in the Medical Device industry.
• Results-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient delivery of orders by maintaining accurate documentation.
• Use ERP system to generate sales orders and facilitate billing.
• Manage incoming/outgoing communication with timely responses.

Skills

Customer Service experience in the Medical Device industry

Time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Docusign, and Adobe Acrobat

Experience with CRM and ERP Systems

Education
