Location: USA (Remote- preferably from Central). The candidate must be in US.

What You’ll Do

*Drive Engagement:

-Own the customer lifecycle post-delivery

-Spot gaps, deliver value, and turn clients into champions

-Lead strategic EBRs/QBRs to showcase ROI and align on goals

-Ensure seamless renewals & retention

-Collaborate on upsell/cross-sell strategies

-Proactively unlock new use cases with Yellow.ai

*Achieve Advocacy:

-Share customer feedback with product teams

-Lead case studies, customer meetups & surveys

-Turn customers into brand advocates

*Build Team Excellence:

-Mentor peers and elevate the Customer Success function

-Lead large teams, refine processes, and scale customer delight

Who We're Looking For

*6–12 years in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Pre-Sales

*Tech Savvy

*Experience with Startups

*Strong communicator with global customer experience (especially US/EU)

*Proven success with B2B SaaS or tech product companies

*Passionate about impact, obsessed with value, and driven by growth
