Based in New York, you will own relationships, manage renewals, and guide clients through Meadow’s product to drive measurable outcomes. The compensation ranges from $87,550 to $136,000 USD with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in customer success.
• Experience at an early stage startup.
• Relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and make impactful decisions.
• Experience guiding clients through complex products and connecting features to outcomes.
