What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored use cases for legal products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Law degree, formal legal education, or significant experience in a legal environment, particularly with large law firms
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within SaaS or subscription-based models
- Proven ability to understand customer-specific use cases and recommend tailored solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
