The Role:
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on understanding our customers’ strategic and tactical goals, working across the organization to ensure our solutions support these goals. The primary responsibility is for customers using solutions related to the Operations pillar, including Enterprise Resource Planning solutions like Anthology Student and Finance. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving customer success.
This role involves providing strategic direction, planning, and oversight to foster customer growth and expansion within their technology footprint, aiming for greater ROI. It also supports the company's strategic growth metrics related to customer engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion.
In this role, you will learn to communicate effectively with customers, build strategic success plans aligned with their outcomes, address escalations proactively, and collaborate internally to resolve issues thoughtfully and strategically.

Compensation:
Pay range is $89,000 - $103,300/year, depending on experience. Compensation considers market data, role budget, and current employee rates. Some roles may include variable pay.
