The role focuses on fostering relationships, coordinating across dealers, EPCs, service teams, supply chain, and engineering to deliver on commitments and timelines. The CSM will own post-award execution, manage the customer execution plan, validate scope, and champion outcomes across the lifecycle, including dealing with upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and ongoing feedback/improvement.
• Advises others on creating customer-focused environments in various scenarios.
• Demonstrates knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environment, and key players.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution after award, leading from order placement through installation and commissioning.
• Develop and manage the customer sales execution plan across milestones, dates, site readiness, and governance.
• Act as the central point for coordination among customers, dealers, EPCs, service teams, supply chain, operations, engineering, and product groups.
• Validate and refine customer scope, confirming requirements, equipment selections, uptime commitments, site conditions, and execution assumptions.
• Champion customer outcomes throughout the lifecycle, supporting dealer readiness, service planning, parts strategy, and lifecycle support.
• Work directly with customers to collect information and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services.
