Customer Success Manager – Controls NAM (West Region)

Job Description Summary

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth in the existing contractual customer base. The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact, ensuring that our products and services provide value in helping customers achieve their business goals, while driving growth in the contractual base with our existing and next-generation Controls Lifecare Service (CLS) agreements.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales relationships including training, professional services, technical support, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Handle contract setup, delivery, and financials (Revenue & CM).
  • Develop expertise in controls to serve as a best practice/quality resource and contribute to strategy and policy.
  • Build and maintain proactive, long-term customer relationships focusing on renewal rates and NPS.
  • Implement engagement and communication strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Act as the first point of contact for contract and customer issues.
  • Educate customers on product and service value, identifying upsell opportunities for CLS.
  • Achieve orders operational plans, develop proposals for aftermarket services, and execute commercial strategies (Inquiry to Order).
  • Relay customer insights to internal teams such as Sales, Product Line, Technical Support, and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of controls experience or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of controls experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with GE Controls Products, including Mark VIe control systems, in commercial, services, engineering, or project management.
  • Willing to travel 50% and reside within the West Region (states listed).
Desired Characteristics
  • 10+ years of experience with GE control systems (e.g., Mark VI, Mark VIe).
  • 6+ years in OT Cyber Security, specifically in Mark VIe field or OTR engineering.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and program management abilities.
Additional Information

The base salary ranges from $104,200 to $155,000 annually, with potential for a 15% bonus/variable incentives. The position is remote, with no relocation assistance provided. The application deadline is June 30, 2025.
