The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with existing contractual customers, while driving growth in controls aftermarket services within the existing customer base. The role involves ensuring that our products and services deliver value and help customers achieve their business goals, particularly through growth in Controls Lifecare Service (CLS) agreements.
Base salary ranges from $104,200 to $155,000 annually, with potential for a 15% performance bonus and geographic differentials. Benefits include competitive packages, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
