Customer Success Manager – Controls NAM (South Region)

Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth within the existing customer base. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact to ensure our products and services deliver value, helping customers achieve their business goals, and driving growth through new and existing Controls Lifecare Service (CLS) agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales relationships, including training, professional services, technical support, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Oversee contract setup, delivery, and financials (Revenue & CM).
  • Develop expertise in controls discipline, contributing to strategy and policy development.
  • Build proactive, long-term relationships with customers, focusing on renewal rates and NPS.
  • Implement engagement strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Serve as the first contact for contract and customer issues.
  • Educate customers on product and service value to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Achieve order plans, support commercial strategies, and develop proposals for aftermarket services.
  • Relay customer insights to internal teams such as Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of controls experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of controls experience.
  • At least 4 years’ experience with GE Controls Products, including Mark VIe control systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within the South Region (Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience with GE control systems (e.g., Mark VI/VIe).
  • 6+ years’ experience in OT Cyber Security, especially in field or OTR engineering.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and program management abilities.
Additional Details

This position offers a base salary range of $104,200 - $155,000 USD annually, plus a 15% performance bonus. It is a remote role, with no relocation assistance provided. The application deadline is June 30, 2025.
