The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth within the existing customer base. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact to ensure our products and services deliver value, helping customers achieve their business goals, and driving growth through new and existing Controls Lifecare Service (CLS) agreements.
This position offers a base salary range of $104,200 - $155,000 USD annually, plus a 15% performance bonus. It is a remote role, with no relocation assistance provided. The application deadline is June 30, 2025.
