The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth within the existing customer base. They will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure our products and services deliver value, helping customers achieve their business goals, and driving growth through our Controls Lifecare Service (CLS) agreements.
The base salary range is $104,200 - $155,000 USD annually, plus a performance bonus of 15%. The position is remote, with no relocation assistance. Application deadline: June 30, 2025.
