What You Will Do

Customer Enablement

  • Guide B2B SaaS customers through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Provide training on features and best practices to maximize adoption and value.

Customer Growth & Retention

  • Promote benefits of advanced features, including payment solutions, to encourage product expansion.
  • Monitor health metrics to identify risks and mitigate churn.

Advocacy & Engagement

  • Relay customer feedback to improve the product.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for a cohesive customer journey.
  • Share insights to enhance success processes and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, including success, account management, or sales.
  • Customer-focused, ROI-driven mindset with a passion for measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
