Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote USA - Austin, Texas; New York; New Jersey; or Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

1. Host regular customer meetings and calls, including in-person visits in the US.
2. Develop and maintain strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
3. Manage commercial relationships, including QBRs and discussions on renewals and expansions.
4. Create and distribute monthly status reports, health scores, and key metrics.
5. Engage with stakeholders across the customer’s organization, from super users to C-suite.
6. Monitor product usage, provide training, and help measure ROI.

About You:

1. Extensive experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise clients.
2. Understanding of complex Professional Services firms.
3. Proven track record in revenue expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and relationship building.
4. Skilled in designing strategies to improve product deployment and customer engagement.
5. Experience in selling software and/or SaaS solutions.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
