Position Details

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.

About Your New Role

The Customer Success Manager will focus on business development and customer retention through consistent customer contact, QBRs, and management of a base of CommandLink customers. The primary goal is to maximize customer experience, grow the business through upgrades and cross-selling, and maintain our industry-low customer churn rate. The role is supported by engineering resources, Sales Directors, and sales leadership committed to employee success. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of CommandLink’s products, technology, and support methodology.
  • Use proprietary software tools to maintain regular communication with customers, anticipate their technology needs, and foster growth in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Build trust with customers, serve as a primary contact, and communicate effectively throughout their lifecycle.
  • Implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities and close additional business.
  • Manage proprietary tools including CRM, quote tools, sales automation, and KPI dashboards to meet metrics.
  • Contribute positively to company culture as we grow into a U.S. leader in enterprise network, communications, and software solutions.
Qualifications for Success
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in enterprise customer account management across deployment, upsell, and renewal cycles.
  • 3-5+ years of experience selling Cloud Communications (UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, Teams), SD-WAN, Security, Network, Internet Services, Managed Services, or Software.
  • Comfort and effectiveness in engaging with customer leadership, including presentations, QBRs, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general software.
  • Persuasive, positive, and calm personality with negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Charismatic with the ability to quickly gain trust.
  • Quick learner of new skills and tools.
  • Track record of exceeding sales and retention goals.

The pay range for this role is: 60,000-90,000 USD per year (United States).
