Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote from Bay Area, CA

Do you love developing and nurturing great relationships?

As an N2S Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S.

Qualifications:
  • Must have 10+ years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry and 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably with Life Sciences MSP clients.
  • Started career with hands-on recruiting, progressing to account/client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP-based accounts.
  • Experience with Hybrid/Offshore delivery models is a plus.
  • Proven staffing, recruiting & account management experience supporting client/MSP programs from a supplier side.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent reputation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Proficiency in ATS and relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Build long-term client partnerships, understand challenges, and provide solutions.
  • Maximize market share to establish trust as a staffing supplier.
  • Qualify new job orders and collaborate with delivery leads.
  • Present candidates, follow up for feedback, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with recruiting team for screening, orientation, and placement.
  • Manage activities using CRM/ATS (Job Diva).
  • Conduct client visits to build rapport and gather critical information.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel across the country and support clients from their offices.
  • Availability to work outside regular hours if needed.
