About the Role

The Zoe Wealth Platform matches pre-qualified prospective clients with Financial Advisors, and streamlines the process of client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing investment management all in one platform. As a foundational Client Success Manager on our Wealth Platform team, you’ll be responsible for…

Working directly with financial advisors and their clients to facilitate the account opening process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Assisting clients through all steps of the account funding process, troubleshooting any issues related to funding accounts, and liaising with relevant departments for issue resolution.

Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned financial advisors and firms, establishing trust and rapport through proactive communication and support.

Being a steward of client and advisor feedback to inform meaningful change to our product and business priorities. Driving results and contributing to the development of a and scalable client success team.

Location: NYC (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office)

Reports to: VP of Product

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a client success function
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and account management processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, setting and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality of work
  • Self-motivator with a collaborative spirit
  • Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and environments
  • Want to work in an office environment alongside Zoe’s Leadership Team.

Nice to Have:

  • Series 7 and Series 63 License
