Description

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager whose top priority is to help customers centralize and simplify their academic operations with Coursedog. Our products are widely adopted across an institution, so you’ll need to navigate complex customer relationships to drive adoption.

At Coursedog, we prioritize ownership and empower all team members to contribute ideas to continually improve the company. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help build processes for adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor with customer super users to translate business processes into ROI.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Own customer health; develop and drive success plans.
  • Analyze product usage data to provide insights and identify adoption opportunities.
  • Partner with other teams (project managers, product managers, engineering, support, marketing) to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, success plans, goals, milestones, and usage metrics in CRM.
  • Transform customers into brand advocates through relationship building and excellent service.
  • Assist with support processes; help users navigate the platform and solve questions.
  • Provide training on current and new product features.
  • Translate customer feedback into feature recommendations.
  • Define success metrics and develop adoption strategies through discovery sessions.
Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3+ years of Customer Success experience.
  • Proactive communication skills, both synchronous and asynchronous.
  • Ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Change Management experience.
  • Ability to identify use-cases and map them to software solutions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Intrinsic motivation to excel.
  • Experience with Catalyst platform a plus.
  • Knowledge of academic operations or Higher Education is a plus.
