Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote from NY/ NJ

Do you love developing and nurturing great relationships?

As a Customer Success Manager at N2S, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S.

Qualifications:
  • Must have 7+ years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry and 5+ years in an account management role.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience, progressing to account/client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP accounts.
  • Experience with Hybrid/Offshore delivery models is a plus.
  • Proven staffing, recruiting, and account management experience supporting client/MSP programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a good reputation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Proficiency in ATS and relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships, understand challenges, and provide solutions.
  • Increase market share and become a trusted staffing partner.
  • Qualify new job orders and coordinate with delivery teams.
  • Present candidates, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
  • Manage activities using CRM/ATS (Job Diva).
  • Conduct client visits to build rapport and gather business insights.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel locally and support clients from their offices.
  • Availability to work outside regular hours if needed.
