Job summary

Coverall is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual for our Lexington, KY area to maintain ongoing communication with existing customers, train franchisees, and support growth. You will manage new customer setup and quote requests, while coordinating field and classroom training for our franchise network.

We offer a $50k+ salary with $3k–$5k annual commission, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a global leader in janitorial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong training abilities and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem solving and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing communication to our existing customers, and documentation of calls
• New customer set-up
• Field and classroom training to our new and existing franchise base
• Providing quotes to customers for additional services
• Periodically loading equipment onto trucks
