- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a radiographer/application specialist/MRI specialist or mammographer in a clinical setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Healthcare IT or understanding of radiology workflow
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
