What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Masterfully guide clients through the full lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, and renewals
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing value delivery
- Develop and execute tailored Client Success Plans aligned with each client's goals
- Track and report on key success metrics to internal stakeholders, driving measurable growth
- Advocate client feedback across Product, Support, Sales, and Leadership teams to influence service offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of direct client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
- Experience working directly with optometry or ophthalmology practices
- Understanding of common practice management or EHR systems in the optical sector
- Proven track record in client retention, upselling/cross-selling, and building lasting professional relationships
