Customer Success Manager at Net2Source Inc.

Do you love developing and nurturing great relationships?

As an N2S Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S.

Location: Remote from Charlotte, NC

Qualifications:

  • Must have 7+ years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry and 5+ years of experience in an account management role.
  • Started career with hands-on recruiting and moved up to account/client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.
  • Experience with Hybrid/Offshore delivery models is a plus.
  • Proven staffing, recruiting, and account management experience supporting client/MSP programs from a supplier side.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reputation and skills in relationship-building.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Proficiency with ATS and relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Build long-term partnerships to understand challenges and provide solutions.
  • Expand market share and establish trust as their staffing partner.
  • Qualify new job orders and coordinate with delivery leads.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and follow up.
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding with clients.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams on screening, orientation, and placement.
  • Manage activities using CRM/ATS (Job Diva).
  • Conduct client visits to build rapport and gather critical information.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across the country and support clients from their offices.
  • Availability to work outside regular hours if needed.
