Job summary

Truly Good Foods is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor in Atlanta to lead the customer success team and drive growth within existing accounts. You will manage timely issue resolution, optimize processes, and partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities while ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience and a background in CRM and Microsoft Office, with a focus on developing teams and improving customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Language ability to read, write and interpret routine documents in English.
• Basic math and analytical skills for discounts and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive timely resolution.
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts to grow engagement and retention.
• Monitor health metrics and address risks to satisfaction and renewal.
• Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Lead, coach and mentor customer success specialists to meet KPIs.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and oversee onboarding/training.
• Analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing and credit resolution.
• Develop customer playbooks and implement personalized follow-ups using CRM.
