Mirakl Ads Customer Success internship in Paris is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Data. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in eCommerce, marketplaces, Retail Media, or digital advertising.
• Previous experience with data analysis or client-facing projects (academic or professional) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering client workshops, onboarding sessions, training materials, and business reviews to drive engagement and adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports to track advertising network performance and surface insights.
• Analyze Retail Media program data to identify trends and growth opportunities, translating findings into recommendations for client teams.
• Conduct market research on Retail Media, eCommerce, digital advertising, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Document best practices, processes, and client insights, and explore AI tools to improve reporting and client experience.

Customer Success Intern – Mirakl Ads

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Mirakl Ads Customer Success team led by Arnaud Cappelaere, Business Consulting Manager. The team consists of 4 Customer Success professionals dedicated to helping eCommerce and Marketplace operators launch and grow their Retail Media programs. Together, you'll be enabling clients to unlock the full potential of their advertising business through expert guidance, performance analysis, and strategic support.

Your Impact

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data, or a related field
