Job summary
Mirakl is seeking a Solution Consultant Intern for Mirakl Connect in Paris from January to June 2027. You will join a cross-functional EMEA team to onboard sellers, deliver enablement sessions, and learn Mirakl Connect product management and AI tools in a fast-growing unicorn environment.
You will develop expertise in Catalog Transformer, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support, and contribute to scalable onboarding and documentation. Fluent English is required; French proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (M1 or M2) for a six-month internship starting January 2027.
- At least one prior internship or corporate experience in an enterprise setting is preferred.
- Interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products is welcome.
- Familiarity with APIs, data, or automation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect and grow autonomy over time.
- Deliver onboarding steps with clear enablement for non-technical audiences.
- Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer and help troubleshoot catalog issues.
- Help scale onboarding via documentation, guides, and automated processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams for continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of our EMEA Solution Consulting team led by Jonathan D'Elissagaray, Director of Solution Consulting. The team consists of two Solution Consultants focused on Mirakl Connect, working alongside four Platform Consultants covering B2B customers across Southern Europe and the Middle East. Together, you’ll be helping sellers successfully onboard and grow through the Mirakl Connect ecosystem.
Mirakl Connect is Mirakl’s ecosystem platform, connecting marketplace operators and sellers to simplify partnerships, onboarding, and growth. Trusted by leading brands such as Macy's and Lacoste, Mirakl Connect helps sellers discover new marketplace opportunities while enabling marketplace teams to efficiently onboard and manage their seller ecosystem at scale.
- Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, starting with simpler cases and building towards greater autonomy.
- Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer — Mirakl’s AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.
- Contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content, and by identifying opportunities for process and reporting automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams, capturing feedback from onboarding activities to continuously improve the seller experience.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (M1 or M2) at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution, available for a six-month internship from January 2027
- At least one previous internship or corporate experience, ideally in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products
- Familiarity with APIs, data, or automation tools is a plus but not required
- Autonomous and solution-oriented, with solid project management skills and the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
- Strong communication and teaching skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in AI and a willingness to use it practically, including for troubleshooting AI-based products
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: €1,200 - €1,400 per month (depending on profile and study level)
