Qualifications

• BS degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI, or similar roles building production data products.
• Agentic AI & LLM mastery: operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents for production pipelines.
• Databricks mastery: Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows; Unity Catalog preferred.
• Expert SQL and Python; API-based data ingestion from enterprise systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce or similar CRM with product telemetry.
• Track record of building executive-facing dashboards and analytical narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automated data pipelines into Databricks with quality gates.
• Use AI agents across the engineering lifecycle for automated verification and gates.
• Translate adoption questions into measurable definitions and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and analytical products tracking adoption.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops to source telemetry and validate data contracts.
• Operationalize measurement across AI agent marketplaces, model hubs.
• Ensure data honesty as a product feature: defend numbers and document sources.
