Job summary
EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) invites a Customer Success Executive to partner with Clinical Decisions customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization of EBSCO solutions. You will be the primary post-sale contact, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Editorial.
The role spans the North Midwest and West Coast, with travel up to 40% and a preference for Chicago or Denver areas; remote work offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, customer engagement, success, marketing, or support roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols.
- Medical experience to provide a clear understanding of clinical workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and enablement for EBSCO Clinical Decisions products.
- Define goals, change management, and KPI timelines for value realization.
- Provide training and support to superusers, administrators, and end-users.
- Monitor implementation progress, risks, and budgets; coordinate with IT for EHR integration and SSO configurations.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
