Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO and paid ads, as well as a proven track record of success in managing USA-based clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients, ensuring their goals are met.
  2. Analyse and improve client performance through SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaigns, improve conversions, and meet KPIs.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
  5. Troubleshoot client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
  6. Track and report on client campaign performance using analytics tools.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, tools like SEMrush, AHREF, etc., and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
  • Preferred candidates are located in Canada or Europe.
  • Availability to start immediately.
