We are a growing provider of laboratory and medical support services, helping healthcare organizations integrate customized solutions and proprietary technology into their workflows. Our mission is to create efficiency, reduce costs, and keep our clients competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This is an on-site role with standard hours of 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.

What You'll Do:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, especially those in diagnostic support and kitting services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to kitting, packaging, and shipping.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Kitting and Product Utilization

  • Monitor the assembly, kitting, and fulfillment process for clients to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide clients with best practices and recommendations for improved kitting and fulfillment.

Customer Advocacy and Feedback

  • Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams.
  • Work with operations, warehouse, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Customer Success Metrics

  • Track key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Use data insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in fulfillment and client engagement.

Experience & Skills:

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Strong background in kitting, warehouse operations, and logistics.
  • Experience in supply chain or service delivery, preferably within healthcare, medical testing, or manufacturing.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly with logistics and fulfillment challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and oversee operations with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
