NetApp is seeking a software engineer for DataPelago data processing customer success to develop workload assets and automation tools for product validation and support. You will apply AI to diagnose issues and prevent bugs in production.

You will create bug reports, RCA documents, and configuration guides while collaborating across validation and support teams to optimize deployments in cloud-native environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience related to development, validation and support of enterprise data processing software products.
• 2+ years of experience providing direct support to external customers.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Apache Spark pipelines for data engineering, analytics.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Proficient in testing data products and test automation.
• Cloud deployment experience with GCP and AWS preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop synthetic workload queries and datasets for testing DPA-S.
• Develop analysis and diagnostic tools for logs from Spark and deployment environments.
• Field and address customer support issues as part of product support rotation.
• Conduct end-to-end product validation and test plan execution.
• Analyze artifacts to identify configuration tuning and product bugs.
• Leverage automation and AI in product validation and support.
• Create bug reports, RCA documents, and configuration guides.
