Snowplow is hiring Customer Success Engineers to join our Professional Services team. You will onboard customers, understand their business needs, and help design Snowplow-centered solutions that drive retention and growth.

You will educate customers on best practices, collaborate on training content, and develop domain expertise across key verticals. Flexible working and collaborative culture are part of our approach.

Qualifications

• Strong emotional intelligence to read stakeholders and tailor delivery.
• Solid grasp of data space including cloud infra, databases and data visualization.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience communicating with senior technical stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver with a track record designing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and design Snowplow-centered solutions.
• Educate customers on best practices and Snowplow fundamentals.
• Engage customers to address technical and organizational challenges.
• Collaborate to develop training content and implementation methods.
• Develop domain expertise through customer collaboration and events.
• Interpret feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements.
• Contribute to marketing events and webinars to build personal brand.
