Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is hiring for a remote role with 4–8 years of experience in pre- or post-sales, support, customer success or consulting. The position focuses on Prisma Access, network security and cyber security, with emphasis on supporting endpoint software for enterprise customers.

You will handle customer interactions, troubleshoot Windows OS based applications, and work within MS environments (Exchange, SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS).

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in pre- or post-sales, support, customer success, consulting or similar roles
• Experience with supporting endpoint software products
• Strong experience with Windows OS based applications (Installation, troubleshooting, Debugging)
• Strong experience with MS environment (Exchange, SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS)
• Experience with endpoint security software is a plus
• Experience with Security is a plus (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE)
• Experience with batch scripting is a plus
