Job description
Ensure every Vitesse deployment delivers measurable operational value by combining technical expertise, customer partnership, and continuous improvement throughout the customer lifecycle. The team is also responsible for developing in-house test hardware and software, both to master our own products and to ensure in-house testing reflects real customer applications.
- Define and monitor customer success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.

Technical expertise
- Support upgrades and new features.
- Assist with training and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback.
