Job summary

Newcoast is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Florida to provide exceptional service and support for all customers. You will be the primary contact for deal follow-ups to ensure lien perfection and timely notices to lending partners, handling customer service requests per the Deal Follow-Up SOP.

You will liaison with loan processors, business managers, and relationship managers, manage seller originals, and maintain detailed records in HubSpot while handling inquiries via Zoom Contact

Responsibilities

• Deal Follow-Up SOP adherence for every case.
• Liaise with loan processor, business manager, and relationship manager on deals.
• Follow up on missing seller originals as assigned.
• Follow up on outstanding lien perfection and confirm completion with the lender.
• Assign titles and package title documents.
• Maintain detailed HubSpot records and ticket status.
• Answer incoming calls through Zoom Contact Center.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Void check requests and re-issue checks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
