Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support resource for the CS team, maintaining white-glove service.
• Advise customers to ensure they leverage the solution effectively.
• Manage requests from current customers (billing, support, docs) for a positive experience.
• Support QBR preparation—pull data, build slides, track action items.
• Assist Sr. CSM on cross-sell lead handling, quotes, demos, and data for initiatives.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual visits to deliver training and coaching.
• Triage inquiries and escalate to appropriate teams, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Implementation for smooth handoffs.
• Support special projects and rollouts from customer success leadership.
• Work with Sales Analyst on reporting to identify risks and opportunities.
