We’re hiring a proactive Customer Success Associate to own the end-to-end journey for AgentPro and help clients maximize value. You will onboard accounts, drive feature adoption, coordinate with grant delivery teams, monitor usage, and resolve

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (nonprofits, B2B SaaS, AI/automation).
• Strong stakeholder management with clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling client escalations and triaging issues under pressure.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning AI workflows and guiding clients on self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts, lead product enablement sessions, and drive feature adoption for AgentPro.
• Serve as the interface between clients and grant delivery specialists to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor usage metrics to mitigate churn, manage renewals, and surface expansion opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for inquiries, and triage bugs to internal teams quickly.
• Collect feedback and NPS data, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
