Goodstack is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey for AgentPro, our AI-powered grant writing platform. You will ensure clients maximize value and coordinate with the grant delivery team to drive NPS, retention, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
• Experience within nonprofits, B2B SaaS, or AI/automation tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts, run enablement sessions, and drive feature adoption.
• Interface between clients and internal grant delivery teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor usage metrics, renewals, and surface expansion opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for inquiries, issues, and bugs.
• Collect feedback and NPS data, translating insights into actions.
