- Experience in Customer Success or account management roles.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new accounts and drive product enablement sessions.
- Coordinate with grant delivery team to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor usage metrics to mitigate churn and surface expansion opportunities.
- Serve as primary escalation point for client inquiries and issues.
- Collect client feedback and translate into actionable product improvements.
