Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• One to two years of warehouse or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude are essential.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: greet customers, schedule pickups, process refunds, and be the primary contact for arrivals.
• Load-Out Operations: safely load merchandise, verify orders, use scanners, maintain organized racks, coordinate with team.
• General Warehouse Support: assist with warehouse duties, follow safety guidelines, operate warehouse equipment as needed.
