Job summary

Nellis Auction in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Customer Pickup / Loadout Associate. You will greet customers, manage pickup appointments, and help load purchases safely and efficiently.

This is a full-time role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Two or more years of customer service experience and the ability to work in varying weather conditions are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, plus one to two years in warehouse or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude are essential.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions indoors and outdoors; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, schedule pickups, process refunds, and resolve concerns quickly.
• Load customer-purchased merchandise safely into vehicles and verify orders before release.
• Maintain organized merchandise racks and coordinate with the Customer Experience team to ensure smooth pickups.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and follow safety guidelines.
