Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: manage a portfolio of business owners after funding; conduct Monthly Business Reviews to understand client needs and goals; build trust and become the client’s first call for financing needs.
• Portfolio Management: maintain accurate CRM records and client notes; collect updated business statements and documentation; monitor account activity and coordinate follow-ups.
• Opportunity Development: identify renewal, refinance, and growth opportunities; generate referrals through exceptional client service; partner with internal teams to deliver financing solutions.
• Ready to drive renewals and referrals by staying connected to clients, understanding their businesses, and identifying opportunities before they arise.

What You'll Do

Relationship Management

• Manage a portfolio of business owners after funding.

What We're Looking For
