Job Description
The Customer Success Agent (CSA) makes outbound and inbound calls to Medicare clients. The main goal is to retain our book of business by building rapport, educating clients, answering questions, and resolving issues. The CSA seeks new business opportunities and assists existing clients with coverage changes or additions. The role is fast-paced, requiring effective time management and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

  • Starting pay is $23/hr + uncapped commission. Target total compensation is $52,500.
  • Paid, immersive training begins July 14th.
  • Full-time hours Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, with some OT during busy seasons.
  • Paid nationwide insurance licensing.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Making outbound calls to assist or rewrite policies.
  • Ensuring the completion of rewritten business.
  • Answering customer questions on Medicare topics.
  • Resolving payment issues.
  • Navigating multiple systems during calls.
  • Documenting cases in Salesforce.
  • Cross-selling ancillary products.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Meeting department KPIs and goals.
  • Participating in team meetings and training.
  • Providing a positive, empathetic customer experience.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Health & Life License preferred.
  • At least 1 year of pre-sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience in Medicare insurance preferred.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability to new technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work From Home Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet (30+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload).
  • Cell phone updated within 2 years.
  • HIPAA-compliant, private workspace with desktop and monitors.
