Job Description
The Customer Success Agent (CSA) makes outbound and inbound calls to Medicare clients. The main goal is to retain our book of business by building rapport, educating clients, answering questions, and resolving issues. The CSA seeks new business opportunities and assists existing clients with coverage changes or additions.
