Base pay range

$48,900.00/yr - $66,200.00/yr

The Customer Success Agent is responsible for member retention through active engagement with high-risk members. The role involves providing guidance on plan benefits, resolving disenrollment or dual eligibility issues, and working cross-functionally with care teams, sales, and customer service.

• This position requires a current and valid Health Care Sales License in your state of residence.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate plans or resources.
• Explain plan benefits, claims, and coverage clearly.
• Ask questions to uncover broader member needs.
• Support retention and engagement by guiding members through complex decisions.
• Contribute feedback to testing and outreach initiatives.

Additional Information

• Shift hours may vary between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm local time.
• Training lasts 6 weeks, scheduled from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Health Care Sales License for your state.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 2+ years experience in a virtual environment and using multiple computer systems.
• 2+ years Medicare customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to explain Medicare benefits and address member needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center experience, Medicare sales, or member retention background.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Additional Details:

• Language proficiency assessments may be required for non-English speakers.
• Connectivity requirements include minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be needed.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

40 hours/week, with pay range $48,900 - $66,200 annually, depending on location and experience.
