Job Description

The Customer Success Agent (CSA) is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients. The primary focus is to retain our book of business. The role requires building rapport, educating clients, answering questions clearly, and focusing on issue resolution. The CSA must also seek and deliver new business opportunities, work with existing clients to modify coverage, and add new coverage as needed. This is a fast-paced position requiring effective time management and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Starting pay is $23/hr + uncapped commission. Target compensation is $52,500.
  • Paid immersive training begins July 14th.
  • Hours are full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, with potential OT during busy seasons.
  • Paid nationwide insurance licensing.
Essential Duties
  • Make outbound calls to assist or rewrite policies for assigned clients.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of rewritten business.
  • Answer customer questions on Medicare Supplement/Advantage topics.
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues.
  • Navigate multiple systems during calls.
  • Complete case management tasks in Salesforce.
  • Cross-sell ancillary products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet department KPIs, including occupancy rates.
  • Participate in team meetings and training.
  • Provide a positive, empathetic, professional customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Health & Life License preferred.
  • At least 1 year of pre-sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience in Medicare insurance industry preferred.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability to new technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.

  • Reliable wired high-speed internet (30+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload).
  • Updated cell phone system.
  • HIPAA-compliant, private workspace.
