The Customer Success Agent (CSA) is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients. The primary focus is to retain our book of business. The role requires building rapport, educating clients, answering questions clearly, and focusing on issue resolution. The CSA must also seek and deliver new business opportunities, work with existing clients to modify coverage, and add new coverage as needed. This is a fast-paced position requiring effective time management and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
